About Me
I grew up in a military family and both my parents taught my brother and I the value of a hard days work. But they also taught us to follow our dreams. I am thankful for that to this day. As I have found out, not all parents have taught their kids this valuable lesson.
Today, I live in Franklin, TN on 6 acres and enjoy the peaceful life. I am an avid foodie, gardener, house projects, pool time, time with my pets, love to cook, travel in my airstream, enjoy quality friendships and of course I actually love working with people I coach who many become close friends.
What to expect on our first call.
The first call is for us to get to know one another.
Establishing our relationship by developing some rapport is very important in a coaching relationship.
I will start of by asking you to tell me about yourself. From childhood to today. First jobs, grades, what your parents were like, graduating high school, whether you went to college, different jobs you held, sports, music, hobbies, everything. We will then get to what brought you to today and what you are working on for your business or business idea and how I can help.
During this time, I can assess your speaking skills and ideas and begin to formulate how I can add value.
By the end of the first call we should have a good idea of next steps. We cannot solve everything in one phone call but we can get the plan going.
